A Life Built Around Growth
For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by growth—how people learn, heal, adapt, and discover what they're capable of becoming.
That curiosity has taken me down a winding path. I've been a collegiate athlete, personal trainer, physical therapy assistant, Jiu-Jitsu program director, wellness professional, nonprofit leader, coach, and writer. At first glance, those roles may seem unrelated, but each one has taught me something about resilience, transformation, and what it means to be human.
Throughout my life, I've had the privilege of working with people at pivotal moments in their journeys. I've supported patients recovering from injury, coached athletes pursuing their goals, mentored students navigating challenges, facilitated wellness experiences, and helped communities create opportunities for growth and connection. No matter where I am, I’ve found myself drawn to the same question: What helps people move forward?
Over time, I realized that growth rarely happens in isolation. It happens through relationships, meaningful experiences, honest reflection, and the stories we tell ourselves about who we are and who we can become.
Today, my work brings together several of the things I care about most: storytelling, wellness, education, and community. Through my writing, I explore themes of identity, resilience, belonging, and transformation. Through Harmony Project and other community-centered work, I create opportunities for people to reconnect with themselves, build meaningful relationships, and cultivate lives that feel aligned with their values.
I'm also a father, a lifelong athlete, a martial artist, a lover of books, comics, yoga, and someone who is endlessly curious about the human experience. Some of my favorite moments happen on a trail, in conversation with good people, or with a notebook nearby as I try to make sense of an idea that's been lingering in my mind.
Whether you've found your way here through my writing, a workshop, a community project, or simple curiosity, I'm glad you're here.
I believe growth is a lifelong practice. I believe stories matter. I believe community changes lives.
Most of all, I believe that becoming more fully ourselves is one of the most meaningful journeys we can take.
